Christie joined us from Titchmarsh Pre-School in April 2022. She brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm with her, and has already introduced Makaton successfully into the setting. She’s fully immersed and invested in life in Aldwincle, with both her children previously attending the primary school.

Lisa joined us in February 2022 for her second stint at the pre-school. Having previously worked up to manager level, we’re incredibly lucky to have her and her skills back with us. Like Christie, her daughters are at Trinity Primary School and she’s also on the PTA.

Chiara has 6 years’ experience in early years settings, bringing her enthusiasm and natural flair for working with children to our pre-school. She is due to complete her level 3 Early years educator course in December 2025.

Ruby has nine years of experience in child care, working with children of various ages. She is also a mother to a three-year-old daughter and is excited to begin her Level 3 Early Years Educator course in the coming months.

Gemma brings eight years of experience in Early Years education and joins our team from Rainbow Playgroup in Oundle. She provides tailored, one-to-one support to help individual children reach their full potential.
