Christie joined us from Titchmarsh Pre-School in April 2022. She brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm with her, and has already introduced Makaton successfully into the setting.

She’s fully immersed and invested in life in Aldwincle, with her daughter at the primary school and she also sits on their PTA.

Lisa joined us in February 2022 for her second stint at the pre-school. Having previously worked up to manager level, we’re incredibly lucky to have her and her skills back with us.

Like Christie, her daughters are at Trinity Primary School and she’s also on the PTA.

Claire joined us after Easter in 2022. She currently works two days a week and is being mentored by Lisa and Christie as she begins her professional childcare journey.

Our newest member of the team, Clare, is no stranger to pre-school. Having worked here previously, she returned to us in January 2023. Working 3 days a week, she brings with her a wealth of SEN knowledge.

Clare’s children attended Trinity during their primary years, so not only does she bring with her a fantastic skillset, but also invaluable experience and knowledge of the setting. We are very lucky to have her back working with us again.

Terri’s eldest son attends Trinity School and her youngest has recently joined Pre-school. She has many years experience in a nursery setting where she supported staff. In her spare time, Terri has a keen interest in rugby and coaches her son’s local rugby team.

Michaela is another vital member of the team, ensuring that our building is clean and our standards maintained for the start of every week.
